Yoga Teacher - Melanie Sargenat
Mel has over 1000 teaching hours under her belt having owned studios in Australia previously and practiced since 17 years of age, Mel's also trained in advanced assisting so she provides a hands on approach for those that want it. Mel believes yoga is a path to peace and an incredible tool to keep your body well.
